Our main entrance is through the gateway off Church Street, past the war memorial. There are no steps to get into the church and wheelchair and pushchair access is easy. The office entrance is around the side of the church and can also be accessed easily from Moseley Street. Please ring the doorbell – this should be answered during office hours (weekdays 9:30am – 12:30pm) or when there are services or event going on in the church. There is a slope up to the side door with no steps and easy access to the main church, however there are stairs up to the church office. Parking can usually be found along Moseley Street, and those with disabled badges can park on the double yellow lines next to the church wall at the top of Moseley Street.
The church has an induction loop for those with hearing difficulties (to use, switch your hearing aid to ‘T’). Ladies and Gents toilets are available down a short stairway from the back of the church, and a disabled toilet can be reached without any stairs at all. A wheelchair is available in the church for anyone wishing to borrow it to help people to and from their cars or around the building. There are no steps to get to the communion rail, but at Holy Communion services we are also happy to bring the bread and wine out to anyone who has mobility difficulties and would prefer to remain in their seats.
Words for songs and hymns and those said by the congregation are either in hymnbooks and on orders of service, or may be displayed on a screen at the front of church, or both. There are large print copies of our hymnbook and main orders of service available.
